How does my Membership Work?
At the beginning of each year, you will be credited with a predetermined amount of Gold Points according to the type of membership you acquired. Every time you get a confirmed reservation, your account will be debited with the exact amount of points that were required for your trip.
How to enjoy our points is entirely up to you; you could use them for a single unforgettable vacation or distribute them between a two week trip and two weekend getaways; in short, plan them as you see fit. The combinations are unlimited!
The first and most important step is to remember that there are three variables that determine the amount of points that you will need in order to plan your trip; these are: the season, the length of your stay and the size of the unit where you wish to lodge in.
It is possible that you may not enough points to stay in a certain type of unit or season; if this is to happen frequently, it may be time for you to consider bettering your membership level. In that way, you will have more points every year and more vacation alternatives. But if this is not what you need, don’t worry; you can purchase additional temporary points while you make your reservation giving you access to a larger unit, a higher demand season or additional nights.
