FAQs

How do I make my reservations?

Making reservations at Marival Gold is very simple. You can do it with as little as 30 days in advance; however, it is important to remember that certain seasons have more demand than others, so we suggest to you, in order to ensure the success of your vacations, to plan ahead of time.

The most important factor to consider is the amount of “Vacation Points” available in your account at the time. If for any reason you don’t have the necessary points to reserve the unit or season that you want, do not worry; you can always acquire additional points to make up the difference.

If for any reason you don’t receive your confirmation sheet via fax, email or regular mail, contact your vacation consultant; he will make sure your get it right away.

How many weeks can I use in a year?

Based upon space availability, you can accelerate your points/weeks and use up your plan as fast you like. Just remember, anytime you accelerate a week, you must pay the corresponding maintenance fee to the size of the unit or the amount of points you wish to use. You also have right as a USA citizen to fly down and inspect your property twice a year and claim deductions on airfare and lodging, which would equate to your maintenance fee plus food and beverages (which would fall under your all inclusive fee).

We highly recommend the last option. Forget about the hassle of figuring out when your payments are due; let your vacations be nothing but pleasure.

Your membership’s monthly payments will depend on the financial plan you chose upon signing and are detailed in your membership agreement. The amount of this payment will be shown in your account’s monthly statement and must be rendered timely.
